Memorial Day Potluck Co-hosted with East Bay Veg'ns
Monday, May 30: Socializing & Appetizers at 2:00 p.m.; Dining at 3:00 p.m.
633 Glen Wood Isle, Alameda, hosted by Elizabeth Bechtold
$1 suggested donation with food, enough for 10 people per person. $10 per person without food.
Attire: Dressy Casual (wear layers from warm to cold). Due to the closeness to the canal, Elizabeth has requested that no children under 12 come.
Directions: From Highway 880, take High Street Alameda Exit. At stoplight, turn west onto High Street and proceed over bridge 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Otis Drive and right onto Glenwood. From BART Station, take Bus #50 to White Hall and walk to Glenwood. Call Elizabeth for last minute directions, 510-864-1111.
After the potluck, there will be boating and dancing. Soft soled shoes needed for dancing in the studio. Door donation is waived for those who come at least one hour before to help set up. Call Elizabeth if you can help.
