Special Lecture by Kiki Powers, M.S., “Anti-Oxidants, Cancer, and Aging” followed by a Free Anti-Oxidant Screening
Saturday, December 17 at 10:30 a.m.
Location: IOA.
Kiki Powers, Director of Natural Health Solutions, writer for SFVS Newsletter, and popular speaker at World Vegetarian Day 2005 will present latest information on the role of anti-oxidants in protecting the body from cancer, heart disease, other degenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s, and pre-mature aging.

Following the lecture, she will give free individual anti-oxidant screenings using the Pharmanex BioPhotonic Scanner that measures your carotenoid anti-oxidant level by a non-invasive, low-energy laser scanning of the palm of your hand. Those receiving this complimentary test ($25) value will also be given recommendations on how to improve their nutritional profile, resulting in overall health, wellness, and longevity. Kiki also does diet and health counseling and can be reached by telephone 408-226-3223; e-mail kiki@aboutnhs.com; or website www.aboutnhs.com.
