With Q & A Session following the Movie

“McLibel” is the true story of two British people sued by McDonald’s for libel and their determination to fight the lawsuit and show McDonald’s is in fact responsible for animal cruelty, disease causing food, deceptive advertising and anti-labor practices. It is the longest court battle in Britain spanning fifteen years and ending up in the World Court.

Join the San Francisco Vegetarian Society in showing your support for these heroes and for those who filmed this highly unlikely subject by attending this film. For information on the film, call 415-267-4893. For information on the Society and its activities, call 415-273-5481. T. Colin Campbell appears in this film and will be speaking June 21st and Howard Lyman, also in the film, will appear at the World Vegetarian Day Celebration September 25th, both events sponsored by the San Francisco Vegetarian Society.
